Vinification: extremely soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks

Wine ageing: in bottles for 3/4 months

Colour: straw yellow with pale golden reflections

Olfactory: a rich bouquet with hints of orange flowers, acacia, hawthorn and quince taste: fresh and sapid on the palate with very pleasant citrus and ripe quince notes. A full bodied wine with an imposing structure.

Pairing: suited to all courses, combines well with seafood, gourmet fish meals and vegetable soups. Alcohol content: 13%vol
