Vinification: extremely soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks wine ageing: in bottles for al least 3 months colour: straw yellow with pale golden reflections olfactory: great complexity and depth, intense, persistent flavour, with floral notes especially orange flowers. A rich fruity bouquet with remarkable citrus and peach notes.

Taste: fresh, sapid, warm on the palate, with armonic minerality. In line with the olfactory sensations. Extremely clean.

Pairing: excellent with fish, white meat, buffalo mozzarella, fresh cheeses. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
