Maturation

The maturation of a wine is a complex, accurate, detailed, long and rigorous process.
The goal is to fully enhance the potential of the autochthonous vine and of the wine after the fermentation process.

Roberto and Teresa prefer to refine their white wines in bottles or in stainless steel barrels. This process for the red wines starts in oak Tonneaux (barrels) from the French forests and ends in a long maturation in bottles. The Tonneau brings roundness to the wine without modifying the flowery and fruity flavour distinctive of the Aglianico and Taurasi wine.
